The CA$H Machine is composed of three major components which
work together to produce a comprehensive solution for your AR and Credit department.
The Collector
 | The Collector is the credit and collections component of The
CA$H Machine. Its job is to improve the productivity of the
credit department. Included is a note system, dunning system, autodialing, faxing,
statement generation, and tracking customer and collector performance. |
The Applicator
| The APPLICATOR is the accounts receivable component of The CA$H
Machine. Its job is to improve the cash application process. This includes cash
application, autocash and processing of bank lockbox transmissions and EDI 820 remittance
transmissions. |
The Deductor
| The Deductor is the deduction management component The
CA$H Machine. Its job is to improve the productivity of
the people who handle deductions and chargebacks. Included is the ability to create
and reclassify chargebacks, send customer notifications, trend tracking, customer ranking
and deduction reporting. |
