About Our Customers
If you are interested in learning about our customer base, please read on.
If we had to describe our customers to you, we would say that they are typically
businesses that have annual sales of $50 million to $1.5 billion. They have an
invoice volume of 200 - 15,000 invoices per day.
Most have lockboxes and receive nightly transmissions from their banks. They want
the software to automatically apply the checks using a variety of algorithms.
Some receive direct EDI 820 remittance information directly from their major customers
and they want these large checks to be applied with minimal involvement.
They want to improve the collection process. They need a note system to drive the
collectors' calls and activities. They need historical trending data to
evaluate their customers performance.
Deductions are a concern for most of our customers. They want to improve the
handling of the deduction process and look for customer and company trends.
